The Role

We're extending an invitation to a growth, sales and GTM leader. Ideally, you are a passionate senior professional with experience in B2B-Sales and ready to build a network in the AI industry. Leveraging your expertise, you will own and execute the growth strategy for Rapidata.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining, and executing marketing strategies to increase Rapidata's visibility.

  • Expanding our customer base by engaging with potential clients and partners.

  • Building and sustaining industry connections, particularly in the US market.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize product development efforts.

  • Communicate effectively with the team to exchange ideas, opportunities, feedback and knowledge.

  • Building and leading a strong growth team, as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Sales, preferably in the data labeling or AI industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.

  • The ability to run on your own, operating at the highest level in a rapidly changing industry during a period of hypergrowth.

  • Good understanding of data annotation and fast paced evolution of AI.

  • Experience with data-driven decision making.

Nice-to-Have

  • Ability to work in San Francisco or Zürich.

  • Existing industry contacts, particularly in the US, would be a plus.
