About Rapidata

Compute is no longer AI's largest bottleneck, it now is human knowledge and feedback. At Rapidata we are building the interconnect between Artificial and all of human intelligence, already reaching millions every day.

The Role

We connect to millions of humans each day to solve tasks for our customers. Sourcing these humans at scale, with the right characteristics, at the right cost, is a major systems engineering challenge and it's the engine behind everything Rapidata does.

Today we run this through a first version that gets the job done but has a lot of room to grow. We need someone to own it end-to-end and take it much further: figuring out the right onboarding flows to convert the most users, running experiments to find the most efficient traffic, and continuously improving the audience logic that decides who we reach and when. Over time the underlying infrastructure will evolve significantly, and you'll own the acquisition layer through that evolution.

We're looking for someone super driven who is excited to design, test and evaluate this system with full ownership, and who loves digging into complex systems to find root causes.

The actual implementation has become quite easy thanks to recent advances in coding tools. What matters is that you can demonstrate you've designed complex systems and found unique insights that led to measurable improvements.

What This Role Isn't

If you are the person to be quickly distracted and enjoys the kind of work where you need to context switch all the time (e.g. customer feature requests etc.) this is probably not the one for you (check out the AI Platform Engineer role instead).
